The all over print well be printed onto sheer chiffon fabric for my maxi dress

And the naked 'floral' print is going to be printed on the fabric for the playsuit and skirt!

Fashion Capitals

For our first third year project we had a cities project, comparing fashion capitals around the world.

For my research i choose to look at East and West London, growing up in West London and partying in East London i have seen the differences in styles and fashion. In this project i compared a more slick west London look to a vintage scruffy east London. Looking at economical factors all the way to street style and architecture.

John Gallino sacked from his position as head designer at Christian Dior!!
Well i never! the rumours are Galliano was fired after making anti-semetic and racist remarks.

Christian Dior has fired John Galliano as creative director of the house. "I unequivocally condemn the statements made by John Galliano, which are in total contradiction to the longstanding core values of Christian Dior," Sidney Toledano, Dior's president and chief executive officer, said in a statement today. The house confirmed that the "odious behaviour" exhibited by Galliano in the video released yesterday was the last straw resulting in his dismissal.
