i wana be Swedish!

i have only been to Sweden once, we went in college on an exchange trip to Stockholm as we had a link with another fashion college there. I had such a good time, everything was so chic and 'cool'. Then i met 3 girls Tyson, Sara and Sherie, 3 super cool, super pretty Swedish girls and my love for Sweden grew more. But the last love bomb has too be the blogger my sister introduced me to Angelica Blick, i love her style, her photos, her Swedish life. My new lady love is Angelica Blick!! so here is a perv on her!

Sherie Fontaine, Sara Henriksson, Tyson cherry McVey.

Love Sweden.

Scratch me!

i was just flicking through a sunday newspaper supplement at my dads and saw some cool nails which reminded of the ones i saw the other day on the making of Jessie J's 'Nobody's perfect' video. Also Beyonce's new video has some pretty cool nails. So i thought i would have a look for some nastaay nails. Martha (one of my class mates) bought those nail art pens and they are surprising easy to use and she is uber good at it! thanks mart.
This is martha's nails.

These 4 are Jenny Longworth nails, who did the nails for Jessie J's video

Friday 3 June 2011

a bit of an anti climax....

So the whirl wind is over! the last 3 years of studying, drawing, designing, making, crying, laughing, sewing is all over and all for 3 minutes on the catwalk seems crazy!
So i handed in all my work ummm kinda ok and i got picked to show in London!!! woooo!
Wednesday the 1st was our graduate show in London at the Trueman Brewery in Brick Lane (southampton show is friday 10th, next week)
And it went really well, it was lovely to see everyones collections all together
Congratulations to Harriet who won an award for her collection! it was absolutely flawless!

It was lovely to show family and friends what you have been working on for the last 3 years! but it was really sad once it was over, the day was full of running around and stressing (and buying some vintage yellow levi's cut offs) and then 3 minutes down the catwalk and its over!
Here is a few pics my step mum got but i'm waiting to get the goodies from my teacher and photographers!

I already am thinking of what project i want to start next!

and i love all the drawing and graffiti in Brick Lane, there is always something new every time i go...

Would Love this as a tattoo!

and lastly my business cards arrived!! wooo! just in time for the show
